We will Not substitute Any items in any Packages, Programs and/or Services. If a client does not accept any part of the Package, Program and/or Service at the onset of the project, we are not obligated to provide the remaining service, services and/or items at a later time.

With regard to all DIY Mini Shoppes accounts, please note that regardless of when you choose to use and/or setup your account, you will be billed for use the DIY Mini Shoppes program, from the initial date of your signup. Please note that your account may not be 'put on hold' for any reason or for any circumstances. Once you signup for an account, you will be billed semi-annually until such time as your account is closed, and No Exceptions to this policy will be made.

We reserve the right to accept, reject and/or discontinue services with a client and/or customer at any time, if deemed necessary, and will not be held responsible for hosting or continuing services any further in any manner. We also reserve the right to discontinue service with anyone who does not pay for services rendered.

We are not responsible for downed servers or any information that may be due to circumstances which are beyond our control.

The DIY Mini Shoppes program creates webpages that are compatible with 5.0 and newer browsers, and is not responsible for your website if it can not be viewed because they are being viewed with an older browser, and/or because of an ISP block or spam block, and we are not responsible to make any adjustments and/or changes to its program and/or to your website because of this problem.

Please note that all graphics look different when being viewed by AOL and certain other browsers. We have no control over this and are not responsible for this problem.

We are not responsible in any way for customers who practice fraudulent or irresponsible business practices.

All DIY Mini Shoppes clients must agree to keep all information regarding their account secure and in strict confidence, and not to divulge any information regarding their account to any person under any circumstances. If we are advised that someone has breached the confidentiality of this agreement, we hereby reserve the right to discontinue services immediately without notice, and we further reserve the right to take appropriate legal action if necessary.
