Welcome to Mulberry Patchworks! Here you will find wonderful and unique one-of-a-kind handcrafted items. I love vintage quilts and use beautfiul "cutters" to cover everything I can think of such as: photo albums, address books, journals, and scrapbooks.
Vintage quilts make perfect Christmas stockings, oven mitts, candle mats, and coasters! I use the small scraps left over for heart pins, key fobs, bookmarks, cast iron skillet handle covers, and Christmas ornaments. Can you tell that I LOVE vintage quilts? I can't bear to waste a single scrap!

Other items that I make are an assortment of prim Annie dolls, as well as my original designs: Elijah the bunny, my clown Annie doll, my cat shelf-sitter, and the Boob Fairy Doll.

All my items are lovingly handcrafted in a pet-free and smoke-free home located on the side of a beautiful North Carolina mountain, next to a gentle mountain stream where I live with my wonderful husband Ray, and outside dog Mia.

This website is under construction. As I begin to move photos from my other website, which was more of a "show and tell" website, you will begin to see more pages and photographs. At THIS website you will be able to make purchases! (And by all means, please DO!)

The Original Boob Fairy Doll
Here is the one and only ORIGINAL Boob Fairy Doll! She is a sweet Annie doll that I created as a special request from the Etsy website. This dollie was given as a very special gift from a loving granddaughter to her grandmother who is a survivor. If you know anyone who is a breast cancer survivor, they just might enjoy this doll! I copyrighted a story, "The Legend of The Boob Fairy" to go along with her. She is a 14 inch rag doll that I based on a pattern by De from Bowls-n-Annies. I will be happy to customize a fairy for you with desired hair and dress color. A portion of each sale of this sweet dollie goes to Susan G. Koeman for the Cure. Click on image to view larger photo.
